【摘要】：沐舒坦的藥理作用機(jī)制包括分解氣道黏液蛋白多糖、促進(jìn)纖毛上皮再生和纖毛正常功能恢復(fù)、刺激肺泡Ⅱ型細(xì)胞合成及分泌肺泡表面活性物質(zhì)、抗氧化作用、清除自由基、協(xié)同抗生素作用等。沐舒坦臨床常用于圍手術(shù)期肺功能的保護(hù)。在臨床使用中,常有不同的應(yīng)用策略:可依據(jù)其療效的劑量依賴(lài)性,小劑量用于化痰,大劑量用于肺保護(hù);給藥途徑分為靜滴、霧化、氣管滴入等,適合不同病情的需要;可通過(guò)不同時(shí)機(jī)(術(shù)前、術(shù)中、術(shù)后)給藥進(jìn)行肺保護(hù);可應(yīng)用于嬰幼兒、老年人、成人等不同年齡階段人群;在多學(xué)科手術(shù)的圍手術(shù)期進(jìn)行肺保護(hù)。本文對(duì)沐舒坦圍手術(shù)期肺保護(hù)機(jī)制及應(yīng)用方法系統(tǒng)、全面進(jìn)行了綜述,以指導(dǎo)應(yīng)用。
