【摘要】：目的:加強PIVAS中4類特殊藥品的管理與風(fēng)險控制,促進(jìn)安全用藥。方法:對我院PIVAS中的4類特殊藥品(高警示藥品、危害藥品、重要藥品/貴重藥品、皮試藥品)等采取分類精準(zhǔn)管理;采用追蹤方法學(xué)對管理效果進(jìn)行評價。結(jié)果:通過采取制定目錄、設(shè)置專用標(biāo)識、固定位置貯存、加強醫(yī)囑審核、建立應(yīng)急預(yù)案、逐日盤點、批號管理等措施,對4類藥品實現(xiàn)了分類管理;規(guī)范了高警示藥品的管理和使用過程,確保了危害藥品的操作安全和職業(yè)防護,使重要藥品/貴重藥品賬物相符率達(dá)到100%,基本保證了皮試藥品配制與使用批號的一致性。與管理前(2015年)比較,管理后(2016年)18個評價指標(biāo)中達(dá)到良好級(B級)以上的項目比例由22.23%上升到94.44%。結(jié)論:我院PIVAS采用的分類精準(zhǔn)管理較好地控制了4類特殊藥品的管理和使用風(fēng)險,確保了PIVAS的安全運行。
[Abstract]:Objective: to strengthen the management and risk control of 4 kinds of special drugs in PIVAS. Methods: four kinds of special drugs (high warning drug, harmful drug, important drug / precious drug, skin test drug) in PIVAS of our hospital were managed by classification and precision, and the effect of management was evaluated by tracing methodology. Results: the classified management of 4 kinds of drugs was realized by making catalogue, setting up special marking, storing in fixed place, strengthening examination of doctor's orders, establishing emergency plan, daily inventory, batch number management and so on. The management and use process of high warning drugs are standardized, the operation safety and occupational protection of harmful drugs are ensured, the conformity rate of important drugs / precious drugs accounts reaches 100, and the consistency between the preparation of skin trial drugs and the batch number is basically guaranteed. Compared with pre-management (2015), the proportion of projects with good grade (B level) in 18 evaluation indicators after management (2016) rose from 22.23% to 94.44%. Conclusion: the classified and accurate management adopted by PIVAS in our hospital can control the management and use risk of 4 kinds of special drugs and ensure the safe operation of PIVAS.
