【摘要】：正1臨床資料患者女性,48歲。因"活動后氣促、四肢乏力1月余,加重3 d"入院�；颊�1月余前無明顯誘因下出現(xiàn)活動后氣促,伴有四肢肢體乏力,3 d前覺乏力癥狀加重,步行約50 m、上2層樓梯即覺氣促明顯,伴有心悸。在外院門診檢查提示血鉀為2.7 mmol·L-1,自行口服補鉀治療,但乏力癥狀無明顯緩解,為進一步診治收入院。近1月來患者發(fā)現(xiàn)雙側手指指間、雙足足趾間皮膚皺褶處出現(xiàn)色素沉著,臉部顴骨區(qū)皮膚出現(xiàn)較多褐色色斑,無明顯四肢麻木感。起病以來食欲明顯
[Abstract]:The female patient was 48 years old. Due to "dyspnea after exercise, limb fatigue for more than one month, aggravated 3 days" admission. There was no obvious inducement before 1 month for the patient to develop post-activity shortness of breath, accompanied with limb fatigue 3 days before the symptoms of fatigue aggravated, walking about 50 m, up the stairs is obvious shortness of breath, with palpitations. The outpatient examination in our hospital showed that the blood potassium was 2.7 mmol L ~ (-1), which was treated by oral potassium supplementation, but the symptoms of fatigue were not obviously relieved, so it was admitted to the hospital for further diagnosis and treatment. In the last month, pigmentation was found in the skin folds between the fingers and feet, and brown spots appeared in the zygomatic area of the face, and there was no obvious numbness in the limbs. The appetite has been obvious since the onset of the disease
