【摘要】：隨著對(duì)丙肝病毒(HCV)的研究深入,直接抗病毒治療藥物(DAA)逐漸成為慢性丙型肝炎(CHC)治療領(lǐng)域的關(guān)注焦點(diǎn)。本文通過檢索FDA藥品管理機(jī)構(gòu)公開的藥品信息,對(duì)已上市DAA藥物的生殖毒性試驗(yàn)信息進(jìn)行匯總和分析,以期豐富對(duì)DAA藥物生殖毒性的了解,有助于臨床用藥的利弊權(quán)衡。
[Abstract]:With the further study of hepatitis C virus (HCV), the direct antiviral drug (DAA) has gradually become the focus in the field of (CHC) treatment of chronic hepatitis C. In this paper, the information of reproductive toxicity test of listed DAA drugs was collected and analyzed by searching the drug information published by FDA drug administration organization, in order to enrich the understanding of reproductive toxicity of DAA drugs and to help weigh the advantages and disadvantages of clinical drug use.
