非達(dá)霉素粗品中雜質(zhì)的分離與鑒定

【摘要】:目的分離和鑒定非達(dá)霉素粗品中的雜質(zhì)。方法采用制備液相色譜技術(shù)對非達(dá)霉素粗品中的雜質(zhì)進(jìn)行分離提純,并通過核磁共振波譜和質(zhì)譜分析鑒定雜質(zhì)的結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)果分離并鑒定了4個(gè)非達(dá)霉素雜質(zhì)化合物,分別為非達(dá)霉素的有關(guān)化合物E、有關(guān)化合物K、有關(guān)化合物O和閏年霉素A4。結(jié)論雜質(zhì)化合物與非達(dá)霉素骨架結(jié)構(gòu)一致,屬同系列化合物,由非達(dá)霉素發(fā)酵代謝過程產(chǎn)生,為非達(dá)霉素的質(zhì)量控制和安全性評價(jià)提供了技術(shù)支持。
[Abstract]:Objective to separate and identify the impurities in the crude products of non-dapptomycin. Methods the impurity in the crude product was separated and purified by HPLC, and the structure of the impurity was identified by NMR and MS. Results four impurity compounds of non-reach mycin, E., K, O and A 4 in leap year, were isolated and identified. Conclusion the impurity compounds belong to the same series of compounds and belong to the same series of compounds, which are produced by the metabolic process of nidamycin fermentation, which provides technical support for the quality control and safety evaluation of nadamycin.
