熒光碳量子點(diǎn)催化魯米諾發(fā)光體系測(cè)定2-甲氧基雌二醇

【摘要】:目的:基于熒光碳量子點(diǎn)(CQDs)的催化特性,建立CQDs-魯米諾化學(xué)發(fā)光新體系用于2-甲氧基雌二醇(2-ME)的含量測(cè)定。方法:利用微波熱解法合成熒光CQDs,采用透射電鏡及光譜技術(shù)對(duì)其進(jìn)行表征。將CQDs應(yīng)用于魯米諾發(fā)光體系中,考察不同濃度試劑對(duì)發(fā)光強(qiáng)度的影響,在最優(yōu)條件下,對(duì)凍干粉劑及血漿樣品中的2-ME含量進(jìn)行測(cè)定。結(jié)果:CQDs溶液可以增強(qiáng)魯米諾-鐵氰化鉀體系的發(fā)光信號(hào),因2-ME對(duì)這一體系的發(fā)光有抑制作用,且該作用與2-ME的濃度呈正比關(guān)系,因此建立了檢出限為5.4×10-10g/m L,RSD為1.8%(n=11)的2-ME含量測(cè)定的新方法。結(jié)論:該方法靈敏度高、簡(jiǎn)單快速,適用于藥物制劑及生物樣品中2-ME的含量測(cè)定。
[Abstract]:Aim: to establish a novel chemiluminescence system for the determination of 2-methoxyestradiol (2-ME) based on the catalytic properties of fluorescent carbon quantum dots (CQDs). Methods: fluorescence CQDs were synthesized by microwave pyrolysis and characterized by transmission electron microscopy and spectroscopy. CQDs was applied to luminol luminescence system. The effects of different concentrations of reagents on luminescence intensity were investigated. Under the optimum conditions, the content of 2-ME in freeze-dried powder and plasma samples was determined. Results the luminescence signal of Lumino-potassium ferricyanide system could be enhanced by the solution of 1: CQDs, because 2-ME inhibited the luminescence of the system, and the effect was proportional to the concentration of 2-ME. Therefore, a new method was established for the determination of 2-ME content with a detection limit of 5.4 脳 10-10g/m L ~ (-1) (n ~ (11). Conclusion: this method is simple and rapid, and is suitable for the determination of 2-ME in pharmaceutical preparations and biological samples.
