【摘要】：丹酚酸A(salvianolic acid A,Sal A)是從丹參根中分離得到的具有多種藥理活性的化合物。本文建立的恒河猴血漿中丹酚酸A的LC-MS測定方法可用于研究丹酚酸A在恒河猴體內(nèi)的藥代動力學特性,并考察了同時測定猴血漿中丹酚酸A、B和C的可行性。恒河猴靜脈注射丹酚酸A 2.5、5和10 mg·kg-1后,2 min時的血藥濃度(C2 min)分別為(28.343±6.426)、(45.679±12.301)和(113.293±24.360)mg·L-1。藥時曲線下面積(AUC0 ∞)分別為(3.316±0.871)、(5.754±2.150)和(13.761±2.825)μg·L-1·h。本研究為丹酚酸A的臨床前及臨床研究提供了數(shù)據(jù)支持,也為丹酚酸A、B和C在猴或人體內(nèi)的測定提供了參考。
[Abstract]:Salvianolic acid (A (salvianolic acid A) is a compound with many pharmacological activities isolated from the root of Salvia miltiorrhiza. The established LC-MS method for the determination of Salvianolic acid A in rhesus monkey plasma can be used to study the pharmacokinetics of Salvianolic acid A in rhesus monkey. The feasibility of simultaneous determination of Salvianolic acid A B and C in rhesus monkey plasma was investigated.
