【摘要】：目的對我國現(xiàn)有涉及質子泵抑制劑(PPI)臨床實踐指南進行梳理,了解目前國內PPI在不同病種中的應用概況,為規(guī)范PPI用藥提供重要參考。方法檢索國內含PPI用藥的臨床實踐指南,并從指南的類別、PPI有效性和安全性的證據(jù)水平、指南推薦強度等角度進行整理歸納。結果納入含PPI用藥的臨床實踐指南17份,大部分指南沒有基于循證證據(jù)進行制定,僅5份(29.4%)提及應用循證的方法制定指南,主要涉及胃腸道用藥方面。結論 PPI臨床用藥實踐指南存在諸多不明確的推薦意見,導致臨床PPI用藥較為混亂,亟待制定相關規(guī)定以進一步規(guī)范PPI用藥。
[Abstract]:Objective to review the clinical practice of proton pump inhibitor (PPI) in China, to understand the application of PPI in different diseases and to provide an important reference for regulating the use of PPI. Methods the clinical practice guidelines containing PPI drugs in China were searched and summarized from the point of view of the classification of the guidelines, the level of evidence for the effectiveness and safety of the guidelines, the recommended strength of the guidelines, and so on. Results 17 clinical practice guidelines containing PPI were included. Most of the guidelines were not based on evidence-based evidence. Only 5 (29.4%) referred to the use of evidence-based methods to develop guidelines, mainly involving gastrointestinal drug use. Conclusion there are many ambiguous recommendations in the clinical practice guidelines for PPI, which leads to confusion in clinical PPI use. It is urgent to formulate relevant regulations to further standardize the use of PPI drugs.
