雷帕霉素通過(guò)誘導(dǎo)細(xì)胞自噬調(diào)控調(diào)節(jié)性T細(xì)胞的分化及功能

【摘要】:目的探究雷帕霉素Treg細(xì)胞的調(diào)控作用是否與細(xì)胞自噬有關(guān)。方法取小鼠脾臟,經(jīng)研磨后用細(xì)胞分選試劑盒分選細(xì)胞。細(xì)胞經(jīng)抑制劑或干擾分子處理改變細(xì)胞自噬水平。通過(guò)流式細(xì)胞術(shù)檢測(cè)Treg細(xì)胞的生成比例。結(jié)果抑制自噬Treg細(xì)胞生成比例顯著下降。結(jié)論細(xì)胞自噬參與調(diào)控Treg細(xì)胞功能。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate whether the regulation of rapamycin Treg cells is related to autophagy. Methods the spleen of mice was harvested and the cells were sorted by cell sorting kit after grinding. Cells were treated with inhibitors or interfering molecules to change the level of autophagy. The percentage of Treg cells was detected by flow cytometry. Results the percentage of inhibiting autophagy Treg cells was significantly decreased. Conclusion autophagy is involved in regulating the function of Treg cells.
