雷帕霉素通過誘導細胞自噬調控調節(jié)性T細胞的分化及功能

【摘要】:目的探究雷帕霉素Treg細胞的調控作用是否與細胞自噬有關。方法取小鼠脾臟,經(jīng)研磨后用細胞分選試劑盒分選細胞。細胞經(jīng)抑制劑或干擾分子處理改變細胞自噬水平。通過流式細胞術檢測Treg細胞的生成比例。結果抑制自噬Treg細胞生成比例顯著下降。結論細胞自噬參與調控Treg細胞功能。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate whether the regulation of rapamycin Treg cells is related to autophagy. Methods the spleen of mice was harvested and the cells were sorted by cell sorting kit after grinding. Cells were treated with inhibitors or interfering molecules to change the level of autophagy. The percentage of Treg cells was detected by flow cytometry. Results the percentage of inhibiting autophagy Treg cells was significantly decreased. Conclusion autophagy is involved in regulating the function of Treg cells.
