【摘要】：膽固醇酯轉(zhuǎn)移蛋白(CETP)抑制劑可升高血漿中高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDL-C)水平,同時(shí)降低低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDL-C)水平,為目前調(diào)脂藥物的開發(fā)及研究重點(diǎn),預(yù)期可改善心血管疾病的結(jié)局。目前盡管CETP抑制劑的研發(fā)已經(jīng)取得重大進(jìn)展,但尋找安全、有效的CETP抑制劑仍面臨許多挑戰(zhàn)。本文對(duì)目前CETP抑制劑的臨床研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:Cholesterol ester transfer protein (CETP) inhibitor can increase the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and decrease the level of low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in plasma. It is expected to improve the outcome of cardiovascular disease. Although significant progress has been made in the research and development of CETP inhibitors, there are still many challenges in finding safe and effective CETP inhibitors. This article reviews the clinical research progress of CETP inhibitors.
