樹脂吸附法分離純化非達霉素的研究

【摘要】:目的研究大孔吸附樹脂分離純化非達霉素的工藝條件。方法以非達霉素的吸附量為考察指標,從中篩選樹脂;并對吸附及解吸條件進行優(yōu)化,得到適宜的純化操作條件。結果 HZ816樹脂為最佳吸附劑,優(yōu)化的條件為吸附流速為2BV/h,解吸劑為80%的乙醇-水溶液。在此實驗條件下所得產品純度≥90%,收率≥60%。結論 HZ816樹脂對非達霉素有較好的吸附分離性能,適合于非達霉素的提純。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the separation and purification of nidamycin by macroporous resin. Methods the adsorption amount of non-reached mycin was used as the index to select the resin from the resin, and the conditions of adsorption and desorption were optimized, and the suitable conditions for purification were obtained. Results HZ816 resin was the best adsorbent. The optimum conditions were as follows: adsorption flow rate was 2BV / h, desorption agent was 80% ethanol-aqueous solution.
