抗菌肽MUC7聯(lián)合雙歧桿菌體外抗真菌研究

【摘要】:目的探討抗菌肽粘蛋白7(MUC7)聯(lián)合雙歧桿菌體外抗真菌作用。方法制備雙歧桿菌與真菌菌懸液,采用活菌計(jì)數(shù)法和牛津小杯法檢測(cè)雙歧桿菌及其聯(lián)合MUC7的抗真菌能力。結(jié)果雙歧桿菌/MUC7組對(duì)白色假絲酵母菌、熱帶假絲酵母菌、克柔假絲酵母菌和近平滑假絲酵母菌均表現(xiàn)出有效的抗真菌效果,活菌計(jì)數(shù)法其菌落數(shù)分別為2.00±1.13、2.00±1.42、5.00±2.03、2.00±1.39,少于生理鹽水組和雙歧桿菌組(P0.01),MUC7組與生理鹽水組、雙歧桿菌組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);牛津小杯法其抑菌圈分別為(29.00±2.17)、(31.00±3.25)、(29.00±2.89)、(30.00±3.36)mm,與生理鹽水組和雙歧桿菌組、MUC7組比較差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論抗菌肽MUC7聯(lián)合雙歧桿菌表現(xiàn)出良好的抗真菌效果,為進(jìn)一步研究新一代抗真菌雙歧制劑奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the antifungal effect of antimicrobial peptide mucin 7 (MUC 7) combined with Bifidobacterium in vitro. Methods Bifidobacterium and fungal suspensions were prepared. The antifungal ability of Bifidobacterium and its combination MUC7 was detected by living bacteria count and Oxford Cup method. Results Bifidobacterium / MUC7 group showed effective antifungal effects on Candida albicans, Candida tropicalis, Candida krorostris and Candida smoothing. The count of live bacteria was 2.00 鹵1.13 鹵1.42 鹵1.42 鹵2.00 鹵2.03U 2.00 鹵1.39, which was less than that of normal saline group and bifidobacterium group (P0.01), MUC7 group and normal saline group. There was significant difference between the bifidobacterium group and the control group (P0.05), and the inhibitory zone of Oxford cup method was (29.00 鹵2.17), (鹵3.25), (鹵2.00 鹵2.89), (30.00 鹵3.36) mm, which was significantly different from that of normal saline group and Bifidobacterium group (P0.05). Conclusion the antimicrobial peptide MUC7 combined with Bifidobacterium has a good antifungal effect, which lays a foundation for the further study of a new generation of antifungal bifidobacteria.
