【摘要】：醫(yī)藥企業(yè)可以通過保密和專利等保護(hù)其創(chuàng)新成果。專利傾向是對創(chuàng)新成果申請專利保護(hù)的傾向。通過對文獻(xiàn)的研究,分析藥品專利傾向的影響因素。同時(shí),以立普妥為例,分析藥品專利傾向與藥品專利申請量之間的關(guān)系。研究表明:醫(yī)藥企業(yè)的專利傾向越高,對醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)品的創(chuàng)新成果保護(hù)越好,藥品專利申請量越多。結(jié)合經(jīng)驗(yàn)及實(shí)例,從市場、企業(yè)以及行業(yè)的角度分析專利傾向的重要性,旨在為醫(yī)藥企業(yè)的專利傾向方面提供決策依據(jù),提高醫(yī)藥企業(yè)的活力和市場競爭力,同時(shí)為我國醫(yī)藥企業(yè)創(chuàng)新成果保護(hù)提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Pharmaceutical enterprises may protect their innovative achievements through confidentiality and patents. Patent propensity is the tendency to apply for patent protection of innovation achievement. Through the research of the literature, the influencing factors of drug patent tendency are analyzed. At the same time, taking Lipitor as an example, the relationship between drug patent propensity and drug patent application is analyzed. The research shows that the higher the patent tendency of pharmaceutical enterprises, the better the protection of innovation achievements of pharmaceutical products, and the more patent applications. Combined with experience and examples, the importance of patent propensity is analyzed from market, enterprise and industry, in order to provide decision basis for patent tendency of pharmaceutical enterprises, and to improve the vitality and market competitiveness of pharmaceutical enterprises. At the same time, it provides the theoretical basis for the protection of innovation achievement of Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises.
