不同時間制備的去白細胞新鮮冰凍血漿質量分析

【摘要】:目的:研究白細胞濾除對不同時間制備的新鮮冰凍血漿(FFP)凝血因子的影響。方法:隨機選取無償獻血400ml全血標本60份,每份用無菌接駁機分為4份,其中2份去除白細胞為去白組,另2份不去除白細胞為未去白組,在8h內、8~18h制備FFP,即為8小時冰凍血漿(FP8)、去白8小時冰凍血漿(去白FP8)和FP18、去白FP18,4種血漿分別檢測纖維蛋白原(Fib)、8因子(FⅧ)及5因子(FⅤ)含量,并比較合格率。結果:FP8與去白FP8相比,2組的Fib、FⅧ和FⅤ因子含量差異均無統(tǒng)計學意義(均P0.05);FP18與去白FP18相比,FⅧ、FⅤ因子含量差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),Fib含量差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。8h內制備的FFP與8~18h制備的FFP相比,不論是白細胞過濾前、后,前者的Fib、FⅧ和FⅤ因子含量均顯著高于后者(P0.05)。FP8、去白FP8中FⅧ含量合格率分別為90.00%、86.67%,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(χ2=0.32,P0.05);FP18、去白FP18中FⅧ合格率分別為76.67%、56.67%,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(χ2=5.40,P0.05)。結論:8~18h制備的FFP也能達到現(xiàn)行質量標準,符合臨床要求,而去白細胞FFP最好在8h內制備。
