【摘要】：正藥價虛高是群眾看病貴的主要原因,也是醫(yī)改的"硬骨頭"。而藥品從出廠到醫(yī)院,中間的流通環(huán)節(jié)過多,層層過票加價,被認為是藥價虛高的直接原因。2016年,國家衛(wèi)生計生委要求推廣"兩票制",從流通票據(jù)管理入手,直擊藥價虛高的命門。藥品流通頑疾"兩票制"是指藥品從藥廠賣到一級經(jīng)銷商開一次發(fā)票,經(jīng)銷商賣到醫(yī)院
[Abstract]:The high price of medicine is the main reason why medical treatment is expensive, and it is also the hard bone of medical reform. From the factory to the hospital, the excessive circulation of drugs and the increase of charges over the ticket layer by layer are considered to be the direct causes of the false high drug prices. In 2016, the State Health and Family Planning Commission requested the promotion of the "two-vote system," starting with the management of negotiable instruments. The "two-vote system" refers to the sale of drugs from a pharmaceutical factory to a first-level dealer to issue an invoice, and the distributor sells it to a hospital.
