【摘要】：正鹽酸屈他維林(drotaverine hydrochloride)是一種直接作用于平滑肌細(xì)胞的親肌性解痙藥,相較于膽堿受體阻斷類解痙藥,它因通過抑制磷酸二酯酶達(dá)到使平滑肌舒張來解除痙攣,不影響植物神經(jīng)系統(tǒng),故不良反應(yīng)少,安全性高,現(xiàn)發(fā)現(xiàn)1例口服鹽酸屈他維林片后出現(xiàn)2級(jí)心悸的案例,報(bào)道如下。1臨床資料患者,女,56歲,診斷為復(fù)發(fā)性卵巢癌�，F(xiàn)因下腹部偶有脹痛不適、大便困難入院。既往有"糖尿病"1年余,平時(shí)予胰島素"早10 U、晚8 U"控制血糖,血糖控制可;否認(rèn)"高血壓、
[Abstract]:(drotaverine hydrochloride) is a kind of myotropic antispasmodic that acts directly on smooth muscle cells. Compared with choline receptor blocking antispasmodic drugs, it relieves spasmodic by inhibiting the relaxation of smooth muscle by inhibiting phosphodiesterase (phosphodiesterase). There were few adverse reactions and high safety. A case of grade 2 palpitation after oral administration of tritavirin hydrochloride was found. The clinical data are as follows: 1 female 56 years old, diagnosed as recurrent ovarian cancer. Because the lower abdomen occasionally has distended pain discomfort, defecate difficulty to be admitted to hospital. There has been "diabetes" for more than one year, and insulin is usually given "10 U in the morning and 8 U in the evening" to control blood sugar.
