【摘要】：目的:了解藥師為規(guī)范臨床藥物治療行為進行技術合作和技術干預的內(nèi)容,以及我國開展合理用藥工作的現(xiàn)狀,為合理用藥管理提供決策依據(jù)。方法:以干預、藥學、藥事和藥師等檢索詞建立檢索策略,通過文獻計量學方法,統(tǒng)計、分析2005-2013年中國醫(yī)院數(shù)字圖書館(CHKD)和萬方醫(yī)學網(wǎng)(Wanfang Med Online)發(fā)表的"藥師參與合理用藥工作管理"的相關文獻;統(tǒng)計文獻數(shù)量,分析匯總期刊分布。結果:檢索2005-2013年發(fā)表的干預相關文獻1 478篇,有效文獻991篇,分布于196種雜志,相關論文在期刊中的分布并不均勻,具有明顯的集中和離散規(guī)律;載文量前10位均為藥學期刊,達404篇,載文量占40.77%,期刊占1.00%,顯示較高的集中趨勢。藥師干預隨年度逐步增長,干預內(nèi)容隨國家相關法規(guī)的頒布、政策的調整、管理工作的安排而變化。藥事干預分層制策,因地制宜;干預方法、形式及內(nèi)容多樣,干預對象涉及醫(yī)、藥、護及患者;根據(jù)工作內(nèi)容,干預時機分事前、事中和事后干預;干預地點前移;干預適度;干預質量逐步提高。結論:我國醫(yī)療機構藥師參與臨床實踐形式呈多樣化,涵蓋�？萍膊≈委煛⒖鼓T診、處方管理、藥物應用管理、治療藥物評價與分析、靜脈輸液配置、治療藥物監(jiān)測、藥物不良反應監(jiān)測、藥品臨床應用數(shù)據(jù)分析、藥物相關的健康教育及解決與藥物有關的問題等專業(yè)性實踐。臨床實踐證明,藥師干預是規(guī)范藥物相關醫(yī)療行為,促進藥物合理使用的一種行之有效的手段之一;干預同時若疊加行政管理,建立規(guī)范的干預標準及干預質量評價體系,藥師干預的效果會進一步提高。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the contents of technical cooperation and technical intervention of pharmacists in order to standardize clinical drug treatment behavior, and the current situation of rational drug use in China, and to provide decision basis for rational drug use management. Methods: the retrieval strategy was established with the key words such as intervention, pharmacy, pharmacy and pharmacist. This paper analyzes the relevant documents published by Chinese Digital Library of Hospitals (CHKD) and Wanfang Med online from 2005 to 2013 "Pharmacists participate in the Management of rational Drug use", statistics the number of documents, and analyzes the distribution of periodicals. Results: a total of 1,478 intervention-related articles and 991 effective papers were retrieved from 2005 to 2013, which were distributed in 196 journals. The distribution of related papers in the journals was not uniform, and there were obvious laws of concentration and dispersion in the journals, and the top 10 articles were pharmaceutical journals. There are 404 articles, 40.77 papers and 1.00 periodicals, showing a high concentration trend. Pharmacist intervention increases gradually with the year, and the content of intervention changes with the promulgation of relevant national laws and regulations, the adjustment of policy, and the arrangement of management work. The intervention methods, forms and contents are various, and the object of intervention involves doctors, drugs, nurses and patients; according to the work content, the intervention timing is divided into pre-intervention, mid-intervention and post-intervention; the intervention place moves forward; the intervention is moderate; The quality of intervention was improved gradually. Conclusion: pharmacists in Chinese medical institutions participate in various clinical practice forms, including specialized disease treatment, anticoagulant outpatient, prescription management, drug application management, therapeutic drug evaluation and analysis, intravenous infusion configuration, therapeutic drug monitoring. Adverse drug reaction monitoring, drug clinical application data analysis, drug-related health education and solving drug-related problems and other professional practices. Clinical practice has proved that pharmacist intervention is one of the effective means to standardize drug-related medical behavior and promote rational use of drugs. The effect of pharmacist intervention will be further improved.
