甘草次酸脂化乳的質(zhì)量評價(jià)指標(biāo)探討

【摘要】:目的:為甘草次酸脂化乳的質(zhì)量評價(jià)提供參考指標(biāo)。方法:采用冷凍透射電子顯微鏡檢測甘草次酸脂化乳粒子形態(tài),激光納米粒度儀測定其粒徑、多分散系數(shù)(PDI)及電位情況;采用超高效液相色譜法測定其中有效成分甘草次酸的載藥量;在30℃下放置10 d考察該制劑的穩(wěn)定性。結(jié)果:制備的甘草次酸脂化乳輪廓清晰、結(jié)構(gòu)完整、呈類圓形、排列緊密;平均粒徑為(245.2±4.29)nm,PDI為(0.054±0.01),平均電位為(-6.25±0.54)m V;甘草次酸的載藥量平均值為(1.25±0.09)mg/m L;質(zhì)量濃度為0.82 mg/m L的樣品在10 d內(nèi)穩(wěn)定性良好。結(jié)論:粒徑、電位、載藥量、穩(wěn)定性可作為甘草次酸脂化乳的評價(jià)指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide a reference index for the quality evaluation of liquorice fatty milk. Methods: the morphology of lipidized glycyrrhetinic acid emulsion was detected by freezing transmission electron microscope. The particle size, polydispersity coefficient (PDI) and potential were measured by laser nanocrystalline analyzer.
