【摘要】：溶解性是制約生物藥劑學(xué)分類(lèi)系統(tǒng)(BCS)Ⅱ類(lèi)藥物成藥性與臨床應(yīng)用的關(guān)鍵。將藥物制備成固體分散體是一種提高溶出度的有效方法。隨著多孔輔料的不斷研發(fā)與涌現(xiàn),其獨(dú)特的結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)勢(shì),使得其作為載體制備固體分散體成為藥劑學(xué)研究的熱點(diǎn)�；诖�,筆者闡釋了多孔輔料的概念與特點(diǎn),總結(jié)了孔徑大小、孔有序性及表面基團(tuán)對(duì)釋藥性能的影響,介紹了以多孔輔料為載體的固體分散體的制備方法,歸納了常用的多孔輔料的分類(lèi)、特點(diǎn)及應(yīng)用,以期推動(dòng)多孔輔料在難溶性藥物中的應(yīng)用,提高藥物的生物利用度。
[Abstract]:Solubility is the key to restrict the proprietary drug properties and clinical application of Biopharmaceutical Classification system (BCS). The preparation of solid dispersions is an effective method to improve dissolution. With the continuous development and emergence of porous excipients, their unique structural advantages have made the preparation of solid dispersion as a carrier a hot topic in pharmaceutical research. Based on this, the author explained the concept and characteristics of porous excipients, summarized the effects of pore size, pore order and surface groups on drug release properties, and introduced the preparation method of solid dispersions based on porous excipients. The classification, characteristics and application of common porous excipients were summarized in order to promote the application of porous excipients in insoluble drugs and to improve the bioavailability of drugs.
