【摘要】：目的篩選殼聚糖傷口護(hù)理膜處方,并評(píng)價(jià)其促進(jìn)創(chuàng)傷愈合的效果。方法采用酸堿性、透氣性和成膜性為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),L9(34)正交表進(jìn)行正交試驗(yàn),篩選出殼聚糖創(chuàng)面噴霧劑最佳處方。制備SD大鼠創(chuàng)傷模型,以存活率、創(chuàng)面愈合時(shí)間、創(chuàng)面愈合率評(píng)價(jià)其促進(jìn)傷口愈合的能力。結(jié)果篩選出的最佳處方組成為:殼聚糖0.1g、乳酸0.05mL、水20mL和乙醇10mL。實(shí)驗(yàn)組、對(duì)照組和空白組恢復(fù)創(chuàng)傷當(dāng)天體質(zhì)量的時(shí)間分別為(7.14±1.21)d、(7.00±1.15)d和(10.00±2.45)d,與空白組相比差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.018和P=0.013);實(shí)驗(yàn)組、對(duì)照組和空白組創(chuàng)面愈合時(shí)間分別為(11.17±0.75)d、(12.33±0.82)d和(14.00±0.89)d,與空白組相比差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.012和P=0.038);與空白組相比,實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組在傷后各時(shí)間點(diǎn)的創(chuàng)面愈合率均明顯提高(P0.05)。結(jié)論自制殼聚糖創(chuàng)面噴霧劑能明顯縮短傷口愈合時(shí)間,促進(jìn)創(chuàng)面愈合。
[Abstract]:Objective to screen the prescription of chitosan wound nursing membrane and evaluate its effect on wound healing. Methods orthogonal test was carried out with acid and base, air permeability and film forming index, and the best formulation of chitosan wound spray was obtained. SD rat trauma model was established to evaluate its ability to promote wound healing in terms of survival rate, wound healing time and wound healing rate. Results the optimum prescription was: chitosan 0.1 g, lactic acid 0.05 mL, water 20 mL and ethanol 10 mL. The time to recover the body mass of the experimental group, control group and blank group were (7.14 鹵1.21) d, (7.00 鹵1.15) d and (10.00 鹵2.45) d, respectively, which were significantly different from those of the blank group (P0. 018 and P0. 013). The wound healing time of the control group and the blank group were (11.17 鹵0.75) d, (12.33 鹵0.82) d and (14.00 鹵0.89) d, respectively, which were significantly different from those of the blank group (P0. 012 and P0. 038). Conclusion chitosan spray can shorten wound healing time and promote wound healing.
