【摘要】：目的了解我院胸腺五肽注射液的使用現(xiàn)狀。方法通過(guò)醫(yī)院信息系統(tǒng)(HIS系統(tǒng))調(diào)取2016年1月至3月首都醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬北京朝陽(yáng)醫(yī)院使用胸腺五肽注射液(1 m L/10 mg)的住院病例903例,對(duì)其適應(yīng)證、用法用量、臨床療效、聯(lián)合用藥等進(jìn)行分析,通過(guò)臨床藥師對(duì)問(wèn)題科室的干預(yù)和發(fā)布合理用藥專(zhuān)項(xiàng)點(diǎn)評(píng)通報(bào)對(duì)不合理之處進(jìn)行整改。結(jié)果經(jīng)干預(yù)后,我院胸腺五肽注射液使用存在使用指征不明確、用法用量及療程不規(guī)范、療效不確切等問(wèn)題均得到了明顯地改善。胸腺五肽注射液使用量由2016年第1季度的12449支下降至第2季度的10142支。結(jié)論臨床藥師下科室干預(yù)和合理用藥專(zhuān)項(xiàng)點(diǎn)評(píng)是有效的干預(yù)措施,臨床藥師在促進(jìn)醫(yī)院合理用藥方面具有重要作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the present situation of thymic pentapeptide injection in our hospital. Methods from January to March 2016, 903 inpatients with thymopeptide injection (1 mL / 10 mg) were collected from Beijing Chaoyang Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University from January to March 2016. Through the intervention of the clinical pharmacist to the problem department and the issuance of the special comment on rational drug use, the irrationality was corrected. Results after intervention, the use of thymic pentapeptide injection in our hospital had some problems, such as unclear indications, irregular dosage and course of treatment, and imprecise curative effect. The amount of thymopeptide injection decreased from 12449 in the first quarter of 2016 to 10142 in the second quarter. Conclusion intervention by clinical pharmacists and special comments on rational use of drugs are effective interventions, and clinical pharmacists play an important role in promoting rational use of drugs in hospitals.
