溴吡斯的明納米乳體外釋放行為評價

【摘要】:目的:評價溴吡斯的明納米乳(PNE)的體外釋藥行為。方法:選用油酸乙酯為油相,司盤80∶聚山梨酯80=2∶1為混合乳化劑,PEG400為助乳化劑,采用加水滴定法制備PNE,采用動態(tài)透析技術(shù)研究PNE在不同釋放介質(zhì)中的釋藥行為,高效液相法測定PB的釋放度,擬合其釋藥模型,相似因子法比較釋放曲線間的相似性。結(jié)果:PNE與PB在釋放介質(zhì)(0.1 mol·L-1的HCl、pH6.8、pH7.4、pH7.8的PBS)中的釋放行為均符合Weibull模型,PNE在4種釋放介質(zhì)中的釋放行為均相似,但其與PB在相同釋放介質(zhì)中的釋放行為有顯著性差異。結(jié)論:PNE改善了PB的釋放行為,PNE的釋放較PB顯著減緩,具有一定的緩釋作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the in vitro drug release behavior of brompiridamine nanoparticles (PNE). Methods: using ethyl oleate as oil phase, Span 80: polysorbate 802: 1 as mixed emulsifier PEG400 as co-emulsifier, water titration method was used to prepare PNE.The release behavior of PNE in different release media was studied by dynamic dialysis technique. The release degree of PB was measured by HPLC, the drug release model was fitted, and the similarity between release curves was compared by similarity factor method. Results the release behaviors of 1: PNE and PB in the release medium (pH 6.8 ~ + pH 7.4 ~ (-1) PBS) were similar to those in the same release medium, but there was a significant difference between the release behavior of PNE and PB in the same release medium. Conclusion the release behavior of PB was improved by% PNE, and the release of PNE was significantly slower than that of PB.
