【摘要】：目的通過處方點(diǎn)評對臨床使用抗菌藥物進(jìn)行干預(yù),使臨床更加合理應(yīng)用抗菌藥物。方法從2012年1月起強(qiáng)化處方點(diǎn)評及干預(yù)工作,由臨床藥師、主診醫(yī)師、醫(yī)院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、院外專家4個層面開展抗菌藥物處方點(diǎn)評,按點(diǎn)評意見落實(shí)獎懲措施;采用SPSS13.0軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果經(jīng)過強(qiáng)化處方點(diǎn)評,門診、急診、住院部、Ⅰ類切口抗菌藥物使用率從24.52%、45.33%、68.17%、86.74%下降至19.15%、34.78%、57.61%、39.58%;抗菌藥物使用金額比從19.47%下降至15.36%;抗菌藥物使用強(qiáng)度從95.07DDD/100人/d,下降至60.51DDD/100人/d;差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論處方點(diǎn)評是臨床合理使用抗菌藥物的有效干預(yù)工具,降低了抗菌藥物使用率、使用金額比和使用強(qiáng)度,減輕了患者經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān),提升了醫(yī)院藥事管理與藥物治療內(nèi)涵質(zhì)量。
