【摘要】：正本刊訊為貫徹落實黨中央、國務(wù)院關(guān)于全面實施精準(zhǔn)扶貧方略的要求,推進(jìn)健康扶貧工作,切實提高貧困地區(qū)醫(yī)療服務(wù)能力,保障農(nóng)村貧困人口享有基本醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生服務(wù),提高農(nóng)村貧困人口健康水平。2015年9月12-13日,國家衛(wèi)生和計劃生育委員會副主任馬曉偉帶領(lǐng)辦公廳、財務(wù)司、醫(yī)政醫(yī)管局負(fù)責(zé)人赴貴州省畢節(jié)市開展調(diào)研并召開座談會,研究進(jìn)一步加強衛(wèi)生計生精準(zhǔn)扶貧的措施。貴州省政府副省長何力出席座談會。
[Abstract]:In order to implement the requirements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on the comprehensive implementation of the precision poverty alleviation strategy, to promote the work of helping the poor in health, to effectively improve the medical service capacity in poor areas, and to ensure that the poor in rural areas have access to basic medical and health services, From 12 to 13 September 2015, Ma Xiaowei, deputy director of the National Health and Family Planning Commission, led the general office, the Department of Finance, and the head of the Medical and Health Administration Bureau to conduct research and hold a forum in Bijie City, Guizhou Province. The research further strengthens the health family planning accurate poverty reduction measure. He Li, Vice Governor of Guizhou Provincial Government, attended the forum.
