【摘要】：目的:為構(gòu)建國(guó)家"新農(nóng)合"藥品目錄編碼提供借鑒與參考。方法:介紹國(guó)內(nèi)外藥品目錄編碼的現(xiàn)狀,分析國(guó)家"新農(nóng)合"藥品編碼目錄構(gòu)建過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題并提出對(duì)策。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:目前的藥品目錄編碼主要包括世界衛(wèi)生組織(WHO)發(fā)布的解剖學(xué)、治療學(xué)及化學(xué)分類系統(tǒng)藥品目錄編碼;我國(guó)的《化學(xué)藥品(原料、制劑)分類與代碼》《社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)藥品分類與代碼》等,同時(shí)《中國(guó)藥典》《國(guó)家基本藥物目錄》中也有相關(guān)藥品編碼方法可供借鑒。在構(gòu)建國(guó)家"新農(nóng)合"藥品目錄編碼過(guò)程中,存在著藥品編碼分類映射困難、藥品編碼參照依據(jù)權(quán)威性不足、藥品編碼參考標(biāo)準(zhǔn)繁多、藥品編碼擴(kuò)展規(guī)范性差等問(wèn)題。應(yīng)進(jìn)一步采取確定權(quán)威的藥品編碼標(biāo)準(zhǔn)參照、建立合適的藥品編碼集成映射規(guī)則、制定統(tǒng)一完善的藥品編碼分類集、建立持續(xù)更新制度和有效的評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制等方法,以解決國(guó)家"新農(nóng)合"藥品目錄編碼構(gòu)建中的問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide reference and reference for constructing the national drug catalogue code of New Rural Cooperation (NCMS). Methods: the current situation of drug catalogue coding at home and abroad was introduced, and the problems existed in the construction of national "new agricultural cooperative" drug coding catalogue were analyzed and countermeasures were put forward. Results & conclusion: the current drug catalogue codes mainly include the Anatomy, Therapeutic and Chemical Classification system Drug Catalog codes issued by the World Health Organization (WHO). Preparation) classification and code > Social Insurance Drug Classification and Code etc. At the same time, the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and the National essential drugs catalogue also have some related drug coding methods to be used for reference. In the process of constructing the national "New Rural Cooperation" drug catalogue coding, there are some problems, such as the difficulty of classification mapping of drug coding, the lack of authority of drug coding reference basis, the wide variety of drug coding reference standards, the poor standardization of drug coding expansion, and so on. Such methods as establishing authoritative drug coding standard reference, establishing appropriate mapping rules of drug coding integration, establishing unified and perfect drug coding classification set, establishing continuous updating system and effective evaluation mechanism should be taken further. In order to solve the national "New Rural Cooperation" drug catalog code construction problems.
