【摘要】：目的:建立測(cè)定甲基丙烯酸-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物中有關(guān)物質(zhì)含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色譜法。色譜柱為Agilent C18,流動(dòng)相為甲醇-磷酸鹽緩沖液(30∶70,V/V),流速為1.0 ml/min,檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng)為202 nm,柱溫為20℃,進(jìn)樣量為20μl。結(jié)果:甲基丙烯酸和丙烯酸乙酯質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)在0.001%~0.015%范圍內(nèi)均與其峰面積呈良好的線性關(guān)系(r=0.999 4、0.999 1);精密度、穩(wěn)定性和重復(fù)性試驗(yàn)的RSD均2%;甲基丙烯酸平均加樣回收率為86.59%,RSD為2.3%(n=9),丙烯酸乙酯平均加樣回收率為91.24%,RSD為3.5%(n=9)。結(jié)論:該方法簡(jiǎn)單、準(zhǔn)確、重復(fù)性好,可用于甲基丙烯酸-丙烯酸乙酯共聚物中有關(guān)物質(zhì)的含量測(cè)定。
