【摘要】：目的探討某三甲醫(yī)院藥品庫(kù)存周轉(zhuǎn)率、藥品短缺率、藥資回收毛利率的關(guān)系,旨在加快資金周轉(zhuǎn),提高藥品經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效。方法將某三甲醫(yī)院一級(jí)庫(kù)與二級(jí)庫(kù)的藥品月消耗量、藥品月平均庫(kù)存量、藥房藥品請(qǐng)領(lǐng)計(jì)劃數(shù)、藥品短缺數(shù)等數(shù)據(jù)輸入Excel 2003,計(jì)算藥品周轉(zhuǎn)率、藥品短缺率、藥資回收毛利率等。結(jié)果一級(jí)庫(kù)2009-2012年藥品庫(kù)存周轉(zhuǎn)率分別是254.3%、386.1%、282.1%、289.7%。2012年一級(jí)庫(kù)每月的藥品周轉(zhuǎn)率與藥品短缺率不相關(guān);二級(jí)庫(kù)藥品周轉(zhuǎn)率最低的為222.1%,最高的為375.5%,因此,衡量藥品獲利能力的藥資回收毛利率相差較大。結(jié)論各庫(kù)存單位的藥品庫(kù)存周轉(zhuǎn)率雖然符合2012年衛(wèi)生部《國(guó)家級(jí)優(yōu)質(zhì)評(píng)審標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》,但是藥品庫(kù)存管理依然以傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)為主,缺乏規(guī)范統(tǒng)一的藥品庫(kù)存管理方法。用科學(xué)的庫(kù)存管理方法合理控制藥品庫(kù)存,從而提高藥品周轉(zhuǎn)率,不會(huì)導(dǎo)致藥品短缺率的增加,但是可提高藥品經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the relationship among drug inventory turnover, drug shortage rate and drug recovery gross profit rate in a hospital in order to speed up the turnover of funds and improve the performance of drug management. Methods the monthly consumption of drugs, the average monthly stock of drugs, the number of drug requisition plan, the number of drug shortage and so on were input into Excel 2003 to calculate the drug turnover rate, the drug shortage rate, the gross profit rate of drug recovery and so on. Results in 2009-2012, the drug inventory turnover rate of the first class bank was 254.3 / 386.1 / 282.1 / 289.7.There was no correlation between the drug turnover rate and the drug shortage rate in the first class bank in 2012, while the lowest one was 222.1 in the second class bank, and the highest was 375.5b in the second class bank, therefore, there was no correlation between the drug turnover rate and the drug shortage rate in the first class bank in 2012. The gross profit margin of drug recovery is quite different. Conclusion although the drug inventory turnover rate of each inventory unit accords with the National quality Evaluation Standard of the Ministry of Health in 2012, the drug inventory management is still dominated by traditional experience and lacks of standardized and unified methods of drug inventory management. The scientific inventory management method is used to control the drug stock reasonably, so as to improve the drug turnover rate, which will not lead to the increase of the drug shortage rate, but can improve the drug management performance.
