【摘要】:目的:建立伊潘立酮的含量及有關(guān)物質(zhì)測定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色譜柱:VP-ODS C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流動相:甲醇-0.1 mol·L~(-1)磷酸氫二銨溶液(用磷酸調(diào)pH至6.2±0.1)(65∶35);流速:1.0 ml·min~(-1);檢測波長:275nm和228 nm;柱溫:30℃;進樣量:20μl。結(jié)果:本方法能較好地分離伊潘立酮及其有關(guān)物質(zhì),伊潘立酮在10.08~100.80μg·ml~(-1)濃度范圍內(nèi)線性關(guān)系良好(r=0.999 8),平均回收率為100.2%(RSD=0.82%,n=9)。結(jié)論:該方法靈敏快速、結(jié)果準確、重復(fù)性好,可用于伊潘立酮原料藥的含量測定及有關(guān)物質(zhì)檢查。
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish a method for the determination of the content and related substances of peridone. Methods: using HPLC method, chromatographic column: VP-ODS C18 column (150 mm x 4.6 mm, 5 micron m); mobile phase: methanol -0.1 mol. L~ (-1) dihydrogen phosphate solution (pH to 6.2 + 0.1) (65: 35); flow velocity: 1 ml. 228; column temperature: 30 C; sampling amount: 20 micron Results: the method was good for isolating peridone and its related substances. The linear relationship of peridone in the concentration range of 10.08~100.80 mu g. Ml~ (-1) was good (r=0.999 8). The average recovery rate was 100.2% (RSD=0.82%, n=9). Conclusion: the method is sensitive, rapid, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the determination of the content of apperrisone and the related content of the drug. Physical examination.
