5種重金屬暴露對秀麗線蟲生物毒性效應(yīng)效應(yīng)的Meta回歸分析

【摘要】:目的評價5種重金屬暴露對秀麗線蟲的生物毒性效應(yīng)。方法以秀麗線蟲、重金屬等為關(guān)鍵詞檢索Pub Med、Web of Science、EBSCO、中國知網(wǎng)、萬方等國內(nèi)外數(shù)據(jù)庫,檢索時間為2004-01-2014-12,按照文獻(xiàn)納入和排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn)篩選關(guān)于鎘(Cd)、汞(Hg)、鉛(Pb)、砷(As)、鉻(Cr)及銅(Cu)暴露對秀麗線蟲毒性效應(yīng)的文獻(xiàn)。提取文獻(xiàn)中相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),以秀麗線蟲的毒性指標(biāo)終點為因變量,不同金屬種類、暴露濃度、暴露時間等為自變量,采用Meta回歸分析比較5種重金屬暴露對秀麗線蟲的生物毒性效應(yīng)。結(jié)果根據(jù)文獻(xiàn)納入和排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn),最終篩選出有關(guān)Cu暴露對秀麗線蟲生物毒性的文獻(xiàn)10篇、有關(guān)Cr的文獻(xiàn)12篇、有關(guān)Pb的文獻(xiàn)12篇、有關(guān)Cd的文獻(xiàn)10篇、有關(guān)As的文獻(xiàn)3篇、有關(guān)Hg的文獻(xiàn)14篇。Meta回歸分析顯示,以Cu為參照,5種重金屬對秀麗線蟲致死率排序為HgPbCrCdAs,回歸模型校正決定系數(shù)為0.600 8;基于發(fā)育影響的體長指標(biāo)、基于生殖毒性的世代時間指標(biāo)、基于神經(jīng)毒性的身體彎曲度指標(biāo)和頭部擺動頻率指標(biāo)的毒性效應(yīng)排序均為HgPbCrCd,回歸模型校正決定系數(shù)分別為0.888 4、0.538 6、0.698 6和0.747 1;根據(jù)LC_(50)指標(biāo),各重金屬對線蟲毒性效應(yīng)排序為HgPbCrCdAs。敏感性分析顯示,Meta回歸分析結(jié)果較為穩(wěn)定。結(jié)論Hg、Pb對秀麗線蟲的生物毒性效應(yīng)強(qiáng)于Cr、Cd和As。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the biological toxicity of five heavy metals to nematode. Methods using nematode and heavy metal as the keywords, we searched the databases of Pub Meden Web of Science EBSCO, China Zhiwang, Wanfang and so on at home and abroad. The search time was 2014-12 from January to January 2004. According to the criteria of inclusion and exclusion, the literatures on the toxic effects of cadmium (CD), mercury (Hg), lead (Pb), arsenic (As), chromium (Cr) and copper (Cu) on nematodes were screened. The related data were extracted from the literature. The endpoint of toxicity index of nematode was regarded as dependent variable, different metal species, exposure concentration and exposure time were independent variables. Meta regression analysis was used to compare the biotoxicity of five heavy metals to nematodes. Results according to the criteria of inclusion and exclusion, 10 papers were selected on the biological toxicity of Cu exposure to nematode, 12 papers were about Cr, 12 articles were about Pb, 10 articles were about CD, 3 articles were about as. 14 references about Hg. Meta regression analysis showed that the fatality rate of 5 heavy metals in cu was HgPbCrCdAs. the calibration decision coefficient of regression model was 0.600 8, based on the developmental effect of body length index, based on reproductive toxicity of the generation time index. The toxicity order of body curvature index and head swinging frequency index based on neurotoxicity was HgPbCrCd2.The calibration decision coefficients of regression model were 0.888 ~ 0.538 6 ~ 0.698 6 and 0.747 ~ 1, respectively. According to LC50 index, the toxicity effect of heavy metals to nematode was HgPbCrCdAs. Sensitivity analysis showed that the results of Meta-regression analysis were stable. Conclusion the biotoxicity of Hgfen Pb to nematodes is stronger than that of Cr-CD and As.
