【摘要】：目的:建立同時測定復方苯海拉明搽劑中樟腦和薄荷腦含量的方法。方法:采用氣相色譜法。色譜柱為Agilent19095N-123 INNOWAX毛細管柱,柱溫為120℃,進樣口溫度為220℃,檢測器為氫火焰離子化檢測器,檢測器溫度為260℃,載氣為氮氣,柱流速為6.0 ml/min,空氣流速為450 ml/min,氮氣流速為40 ml/min,分流比為20∶1,進樣量為1μl。結(jié)果:樟腦和薄荷腦質(zhì)量濃度線性范圍為0.612~6.12、0.593~5.93 mg/ml(r=0.999 9、0.999 9);精密度、穩(wěn)定性、重復性試驗的RSD2%;加樣回收率分別為98.0%~100.7%、98.7%~100.7%,RSD分別為1.0%、0.7%(n=6)。結(jié)論:該方法操作簡便、結(jié)果準確、重復性好,可用于測定復方苯海拉明搽劑中樟腦和薄荷腦的含量。
