【摘要】:筆者就聚乳酸-羥基乙酸(PLGA)納米粒及其修飾手段和應(yīng)用情況進(jìn)行綜述。根據(jù)國外文獻(xiàn)報道,對近年來聚乳酸-羥基乙酸納米粒的制備及其修飾作用和應(yīng)用的研究進(jìn)行分析和歸納。聚乳酸-羥基乙酸是緩控釋可生物降解微粒制備中應(yīng)用最多的載體材料之一。本篇綜述重點關(guān)注聚乳酸-羥基乙酸納米粒的制備及修飾。制備方法主要包括乳化法、界面沉積法、自乳化溶劑擴(kuò)散法、溶劑注入法以及超臨界流體抗溶劑法。修飾方法主要為共價交聯(lián)、靜電吸附和疏水作用力。修飾的目的主要可以應(yīng)用于優(yōu)化包囊參數(shù)、調(diào)節(jié)釋放、提高細(xì)胞攝取和靶向特定的組織或細(xì)胞。
[Abstract]:In this paper, polylactic acid-glycolic acid (PLGA) nanoparticles and their modification methods and applications are reviewed. The preparation, modification and application of poly (lactic acid-glycolic acid) nanoparticles in recent years were analyzed and summarized. Poly (lactic acid-glycolic acid) is one of the most widely used carrier materials in the preparation of controlled release biodegradable particles. This review focuses on the preparation and modification of poly (lactic acid)-glycolic acid nanoparticles. The preparation methods include emulsification, interfacial deposition, self-emulsifying solvent diffusion, solvent injection and supercritical fluid antisolvent. The modification methods are covalent crosslinking, electrostatic adsorption and hydrophobic force. The aim of modification is to optimize the parameters of cyst, regulate release, increase cell uptake and target specific tissues or cells.
