【摘要】：藥物的多晶現(xiàn)象是影響藥品質(zhì)量與臨床療效的重要因素之一,直接關(guān)系到用藥安全。無論是對于創(chuàng)新藥物還是仿制藥,藥物晶型研究都極為重要。近年來,藥物晶型研究也越來越引起我國制藥企業(yè)及藥物學(xué)家的重視。本文應(yīng)用專利地圖技術(shù),對藥物晶型這一技術(shù)領(lǐng)域近30年的專利申請情況、技術(shù)生命周期、申請人國別、國外競爭者以及技術(shù)發(fā)展重點(diǎn)藥物品種等方面進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。了解我國藥物晶型的發(fā)展、現(xiàn)狀以及當(dāng)前的競爭格局,有助于把握我國藥物晶型領(lǐng)域未來技術(shù)發(fā)展方向,為藥物晶型開發(fā)相關(guān)的專利戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃與產(chǎn)業(yè)政策制定提供參考;以及幫助我國科研機(jī)構(gòu)和企業(yè)在藥物晶型的競爭中提升研發(fā)起點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Polycrystalline phenomenon is one of the most important factors affecting the quality and clinical efficacy of drugs, which is directly related to the safety of drug use. Both for innovative drugs and generic drugs, the study of drug crystal form is extremely important. In recent years, the study of drug crystal form has attracted more and more attention from pharmaceutical enterprises and pharmacologists in China. In this paper, patent mapping technology is used to analyze the patent application situation, technology life cycle, applicant country, foreign competitors and key drug varieties in the field of drug crystal type in recent 30 years. Understanding the development, current situation and current competition pattern of drug crystal type in China is helpful to grasp the direction of future technology development in the field of drug crystal type and to provide reference for patent strategic planning and industrial policy making related to drug crystal type development. And to help our scientific research institutions and enterprises in the competition of drug crystal form to improve the starting point of research and development.
