【摘要】：目的:考察肝素結(jié)合力法是否可用于測(cè)定硫酸魚精蛋白生物效價(jià)。方法:考察肝素結(jié)合力法測(cè)定硫酸魚精蛋白生物效價(jià)的精密度、準(zhǔn)確度、耐用性,以及肝素結(jié)合力法與血凝法的一致性。結(jié)果:肝素結(jié)合力法測(cè)定硫酸魚精蛋白效價(jià)的精密度及準(zhǔn)確度均較高:重復(fù)性為1.2%,中間精密度為1.8%,加樣回收率為99.1%。2種方法測(cè)定的硫酸魚精蛋白效價(jià)結(jié)果無顯著性差異(p0.05),且具有顯著相關(guān)性(p0.000 1)。結(jié)論:肝素結(jié)合力法可用于測(cè)定硫酸魚精蛋白生物效價(jià),與血凝法相比具有更強(qiáng)的客觀性和簡(jiǎn)便性,更高的精密度和準(zhǔn)確度,因此可以成為現(xiàn)有血凝法的替代方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate whether heparin binding assay can be used to determine the biotiter of protamine sulfate. Methods: the precision, accuracy, durability and consistency between heparin binding assay and hemagglutination were investigated. Results: the precision and accuracy of determination of protamine sulfate titer by heparin binding force method were higher: repeatability was 1.2and intermediate precision was 1.8.The recovery rate was 99.1and the titer of protamine sulfate was not significant. The difference was p0.05, and the correlation was significant (P 0.000 1). Conclusion: heparin binding assay can be used to determine the biological titer of protamine sulfate. Compared with hemagglutination method, heparin binding assay has more objectivity, simplicity, higher precision and accuracy, so it can be used as an alternative method for hemagglutination.
