【摘要】：目的:以R醫(yī)院為樣本研究北京市醫(yī)藥分開綜合改革后基本藥物使用情況的變化和原因。方法:選取某綜合醫(yī)院41個臨床科室,統(tǒng)計醫(yī)改前后基本藥物使用數(shù)量和金額。結(jié)果:北京市醫(yī)改后某綜合醫(yī)院基藥使用金額同比去年降低11.7%,幅度大于非基藥(-3.7%)�；幱昧吭黾�8.1%,非基藥用量增加4.1%;門診患者次均基藥費用下降10.9%,住院患者次均基藥費用下降14.1%;門診患者次均基藥用量上升10.1%,住院患者次均基藥用量上升5.1%。結(jié)論:醫(yī)藥分開改革后,基藥使用金額下降,但使用數(shù)量呈上升趨勢,患者門診、住院次均基藥使用金額下降幅度高于非基藥,使用數(shù)量上升幅度高于非基藥,體現(xiàn)了醫(yī)藥分開改革降低了患者藥品費用,促進了基本藥物在三級綜合醫(yī)院的使用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the changes and causes of essential drug use after comprehensive reform of medicine separation in R hospital in Beijing. Methods: 41 clinical departments in a general hospital were selected to count the quantity and amount of essential drugs used before and after the medical reform. Results: after the medical reform in Beijing, the amount of base drug used in a general hospital decreased by 11.7% compared with last year, which was larger than that of non-base medicine (-3.7%). The dosage of basic drugs increased by 8.1, the amount of non-base drugs increased by 4.1, the cost of primary drugs decreased by 10.9 in outpatients, the cost of basic drugs in inpatients decreased by 14.1. the dosage of basic drugs increased by 10.1in outpatients, and by 5.1by inpatients. Conclusion: after the reform of separated medicine, the amount of money used for basic drugs decreased, but the amount of basic drugs used increased. The amount of money used in outpatient clinic and in hospital was higher than that in non-base drugs, and the increase in the amount of basic drugs was higher than that of non-base drugs. The reform of separation of medicine and medicine reduces the cost of drugs and promotes the use of essential drugs in tertiary general hospitals.
