【摘要】：我國(guó)現(xiàn)有藥品服務(wù)體系可初步滿足醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生的基本需求,但在研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、銷售及使用的各領(lǐng)域中均存在一些突出問題。本研究通過文獻(xiàn)檢索、數(shù)據(jù)查詢、專家咨詢及專題討論,對(duì)我國(guó)藥品服務(wù)體系的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)研,找準(zhǔn)存在的問題,并提出建設(shè)新型國(guó)家藥品服務(wù)體系的構(gòu)想,旨在為我國(guó)人民提供質(zhì)量?jī)?yōu)良、療效可靠、價(jià)格合理、使用方便的藥品,保障臨床用藥的有效性、安全性、可及性及合理性;同時(shí),促進(jìn)制藥產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展,推動(dòng)我國(guó)從制藥大國(guó)向制藥強(qiáng)國(guó)的轉(zhuǎn)變。
[Abstract]:The existing drug service system in China can meet the basic medical and health needs, but there are some outstanding problems in the fields of R & D, production, sale and use. Through literature retrieval, data query, expert consultation and special discussion, this study investigates the current situation of China's drug service system, finds out the existing problems, and puts forward the idea of building a new national drug service system. To provide the people of our country with good quality, reliable curative effect, reasonable price and convenient use of drugs, to ensure the effectiveness, safety, accessibility and reasonableness of clinical drugs, and to promote the transformation and development of the pharmaceutical industry structure. To promote the transformation of our country from a large pharmaceutical country to a pharmaceutical power.
