【摘要】：目的:制備熊果酸脂肪乳注射液,并對其理化性質(zhì)進行評價。方法:采用高壓均質(zhì)法制備熊果酸脂肪乳注射液,考察脂肪乳的粒徑分布、Zeta電位和微觀形態(tài),并初步研究熊果酸脂肪乳的穩(wěn)定性。結(jié)果:熊果酸脂肪乳注射液的平均粒徑為(203.6±37.1)nm,Zeta電位為(-36.5±3.6)mV;透射電鏡顯示脂肪乳注射液粒徑均一,呈球狀分布。穩(wěn)定性研究結(jié)果表明,熊果酸脂肪乳在25℃/60%條件下放置6個月內(nèi)穩(wěn)定。結(jié)論:高壓均質(zhì)法制備熊果酸脂肪乳注射液工藝簡單易行,有望應(yīng)用于工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to prepare ursolic acid fat emulsion injection and evaluate its physical and chemical properties. Methods: ursolic acid fat emulsion injection was prepared by high pressure homogenization method. The particle size distribution, Zeta potential and micromorphology of the fat emulsion were investigated, and the stability of ursolic acid fat emulsion was preliminarily studied. Results: the average particle size of ursolic acid fat emulsion injection was 203.6 鹵37.1nmGV, the Zeta potential was -36.5 鹵3.6mV.The transmission electron microscope showed that the size of fat emulsion injection was uniform and spherical distribution.
