【摘要】：目的:對(duì)《中國(guó)藥典》注射用氨芐西林鈉舒巴坦鈉有關(guān)物質(zhì)氨芐西林二聚體定位方法進(jìn)行完善。方法:選擇3根不同色譜柱,分別采用藥典方法和氨芐西林系統(tǒng)適用性對(duì)照品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)圖譜方法定位氨芐西林二聚體峰,考察兩者結(jié)果是否一致。結(jié)果:采用藥典方法與氨芐西林系統(tǒng)適用性對(duì)照品法定位結(jié)果不一致。結(jié)論:現(xiàn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)欠妥,建議對(duì)二聚體的定位方法修改為:取氨芐西林系統(tǒng)適用性對(duì)照品適量,加初始流動(dòng)相溶解并稀釋制成每1 m L中約含2 mg的溶液,取10μL注入液相色譜儀,記錄的色譜圖應(yīng)與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)圖譜一致。
[Abstract]:Objective: to improve the localization method of ampicillin two in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (Chinese Pharmacopoeia). Methods: select 3 different chromatographic columns and locate the ampicillin Lin Erju peak by the Pharmacopeia method and the standard atlas of ampicillin system, and investigate whether the results are consistent. Results: the results of the Pharmacopoeia method and the application of ampicillin system are not consistent. Conclusion: the current standard is not suitable. It is suggested that the localization method of two polymer is modified to be suitable for the ampicillin system, and to dissolve and dilute the initial flow phase to make the solution containing about 2 mg in 1 m L, and take 10 mu L injection liquid chromatography The chromatogram of the record should be in accordance with the standard atlas.
