【摘要】：正1臨床資料患者,女,58歲�；颊邿o明顯誘因間斷便血10 d,為便末少量暗紅色血液,覆在大便表面,無噴血、滴血,偶伴肛門部不適,大便1次/日,多為黃色成形便,無頭暈、心慌、乏力,無腹痛、腹脹,無燒心、反酸、噯氣,無發(fā)熱等其他不適,既往痔瘡病史10余年。為進一步求治便血于2016.05.26就診我院消化科。二便正常,否認食物、藥物過敏史。入院查體:體溫35.8℃,脈搏78次/分,呼吸18次/分,血壓10~9/77 mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa),心肺腹無陽性體征。白細胞計數(shù)(WBC)5.36×10~9/L,淋巴細胞百分比(L)34.7%,中性粒細
