牛磺酸對(duì)尼古丁致大鼠睪丸氧化損傷的保護(hù)作用

【摘要】:[目的]探討;撬釋(duì)尼古丁所致雄性大鼠睪丸氧化損傷的保護(hù)作用。[方法]32只SD雄性大鼠,隨機(jī)分為陰性對(duì)照組、;撬釋(duì)照組、尼古丁染毒組及;撬岣深A(yù)組。陰性對(duì)照組大鼠生理鹽水1 m L皮下注射,雙蒸水1 m L灌胃;;撬釋(duì)照組大鼠皮下注射生理鹽水1 m L,灌胃;撬犭p蒸水溶液1 m L(;撬崃繛100 mg/kg);尼古丁染毒組大鼠皮下注射尼古丁生理鹽水溶液1 m L(尼古丁量為2 mg/kg),灌胃雙蒸水1 m L;;撬岣深A(yù)組大鼠如上注射尼古丁生理鹽水溶液和灌胃牛磺酸雙蒸水溶液。皮下注射和灌胃每日1次,連續(xù)4周。測(cè)定大鼠睪丸系數(shù)、附睪系數(shù)、精子密度和活率;檢測(cè)睪丸組織丙二醛(MDA)含量;檢測(cè)睪丸組織超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、過(guò)氧化氫酶(CAT)和谷胱甘肽過(guò)氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性。[結(jié)果]睪丸系數(shù)、附睪系數(shù)、精子密度和活率:尼古丁染毒組大鼠顯著低于另3組(P0.05),;撬岣深A(yù)組顯著低于陰性對(duì)照組和;撬釋(duì)照組(P0.05);睪丸組織MDA含量:尼古丁染毒組大鼠顯著高于另3組(P0.05),;撬岣深A(yù)組顯著高于陰性對(duì)照組和;撬釋(duì)照組(P0.05);睪丸組織SOD、CAT、GSH-Px活性:尼古丁染毒組大鼠顯著低于另3組(P0.05),;撬岣深A(yù)組顯著低于陰性對(duì)照組和;撬釋(duì)照組(P0.05)。[結(jié)論]尼古丁可致大鼠睪丸組織氧化損傷,;撬釋(duì)此具有抗氧化保護(hù)作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the protective effect of taurine on oxidative injury of testis induced by nicotine in male rats. [methods] Thirty-two male SD rats were randomly divided into negative control group, taurine control group, nicotine exposure group and taurine intervention group. Rats in the negative control group were subcutaneously injected with 1 mL normal saline, and 1 mL double steamed water was administered intragastrically. Rats in the taurine control group were subcutaneously injected with 1 mL of normal saline and were given 1 mL of taurine double-steamed aqueous solution (taurine 100 mg / kg 路kg ~ (-1), while those in the nicotine group were subcutaneously injected with 1 mL of nicotine (2 mg / kg) of nicotine. The rats in the taurine intervention group were given nicotine saline solution and taurine double distilled water solution. Subcutaneous injection and gavage were given once a day for 4 weeks. The testicular coefficient, epididymal coefficient, sperm density and viability, the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in testis, the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (catalase) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in testis were measured. [results] testicular coefficient, epididymal coefficient, Sperm density and motility were significantly lower in the nicotine exposure group than in the other three groups, and significantly lower in the taurine intervention group than in the negative control group and the taurine control group, and the MDA content in testicular tissue was significantly higher in the nicotine exposure group than in the other three groups. The activity of GSH-Px in testicular tissue of rats exposed to nicotine was significantly lower than that of the other three groups (P 0.05), and that of taurine intervention group was significantly lower than that of negative control group and taurine control group (P 0.05), and the activity of GSH-Px in testicular tissue was significantly lower in the nicotine exposed group than that in the other three groups (P 0.05), and that in the taurine intervention group was significantly lower than that in the negative control group and the taurine control group. [conclusion] nicotine can induce oxidative injury of testis in rats, taurine has antioxidant protective effect on it.
