【摘要】：目的:指導(dǎo)藥學(xué)部制訂應(yīng)急管理預(yù)案及降低應(yīng)急風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。方法:應(yīng)用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)積分評(píng)分法分析藥學(xué)部災(zāi)害脆弱性,綜合考慮危害事件發(fā)生的頻率及嚴(yán)重性,計(jì)算突發(fā)事件危害風(fēng)險(xiǎn)積分值并判定風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等級(jí)。結(jié)果:藥學(xué)部平均風(fēng)險(xiǎn)值排名前3位的危害事件為信息系統(tǒng)故障(75.21)、火災(zāi)(63.00)及細(xì)胞毒性藥品溢出(62.21),均為中度風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。根據(jù)本次評(píng)估結(jié)果,藥學(xué)部可進(jìn)行針對(duì)性的應(yīng)急演練以提高應(yīng)對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的能力。結(jié)論:災(zāi)害脆弱性分析是制訂及演練應(yīng)急預(yù)案的依據(jù),可增強(qiáng)藥學(xué)部應(yīng)對(duì)災(zāi)害事件的能力。
[Abstract]:Objective: to guide pharmaceutical department to formulate emergency management plan and reduce emergency risk. Methods: the risk score method was used to analyze the disaster vulnerability of pharmacology department. The frequency and severity of hazard events were considered synthetically, the hazard risk integral value of unexpected events was calculated and the risk grade was determined. Results: the top 3 hazard events in the Ministry of Pharmacy were information system failure (75.21), fire hazard (63.00) and cytotoxic drug spillover (62.21), all of which were moderate risk. Based on the results of this evaluation, the Department of Pharmacy can conduct targeted emergency drills to improve its ability to deal with risks. Conclusion: disaster vulnerability analysis is the basis for making and rehearsing emergency plan, which can enhance the ability of pharmacy department to deal with disaster events.
