【摘要】：正臨床使用頭孢洛林后出現(xiàn)中性粒細胞減少的報道并不少見。Furtek等回顧性分析了波士頓2所醫(yī)院中接受頭孢洛林治療≥7 d的成人患者中性粒細胞減少癥的發(fā)展過程。排除基礎(chǔ)中性粒細胞絕對值(ANC)低于1 800/μL,接受化療或者放療的患者。納入分析的67例患者的平均年齡50歲(24~93歲)。其中約一半患者有心內(nèi)膜炎和三分之一患者有骨/關(guān)節(jié)感染,16%患者有肺
[Abstract]:It is not uncommon to report neutropenia after clinical use of cefoprofen. Furtek et al. A retrospective analysis of the progression of neutropenia in adults who were treated with cefurolline for more than 7 days in 2 hospitals in Boston. The absolute value of ANC excluding basal neutrophils was less than 1,800 / 渭 L for patients receiving chemotherapy or radiotherapy. The mean age of 67 patients was 24 to 93 years old. About half of them had endocarditis and 1/3 had bone / joint infections. 16% had lungs.
