[Abstract]:The formation of drug nanoparticles after dispersion of binary and ternary solid dispersions was investigated in a positive paper in Drug Development and Industrial Pharmacy. A binary system consisting of different proportions of glibenclamide (GBM) and polyvinylethone K30 was used, on which sodium dodecyl sulfate (SLS) or Gelucire44/ were added.
