【摘要】：目的:為臨床合理使用脂肪乳和氨基酸提供參考。方法:從醫(yī)院信息管理系統(tǒng)中提取我院2011-2013年住院患者靜脈用脂肪乳和氨基酸的使用數(shù)量、銷(xiāo)售金額,利用限定日劑量(DDD)進(jìn)行用藥頻度(DDDs)、日均費(fèi)用(DDC)、藥物利用指數(shù)(DUI)的計(jì)算和分析。結(jié)果:脂肪乳和氨基酸的銷(xiāo)售金額逐年上升,2012年增長(zhǎng)率達(dá)2 317.5%,2013年回落至26.4%,增長(zhǎng)趨于緩慢。脂肪乳和氨基酸的DDDs整體增長(zhǎng),部分品種2013年DDDs較2012年有所下降。DUI反映出的藥物應(yīng)用情況與DDC一致。結(jié)論:我院腸外營(yíng)養(yǎng)藥物脂肪乳和氨基酸臨床接受度較高。如何掌握營(yíng)養(yǎng)藥物的適應(yīng)證,合理開(kāi)展臨床營(yíng)養(yǎng)治療,尚需臨床醫(yī)師與藥師的共同努力。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide reference for the rational use of fat milk and amino acids in clinic. Methods: the amount of fat milk and amino acid used for intravenous use and the sales amount were extracted from the hospital information management system from 2011 to 2013. DDD was used to calculate and analyze the frequency of DDDsI, the daily average cost and the drug utilization index (DUI). Results: the sales amount of fat milk and amino acid increased year by year, the growth rate reached 2,317.5 in 2012, and fell back to 26.4 in 2013, the growth tended to be slow. The DDDs of fat milk and amino acid increased as a whole. The DDDs of some varieties in 2013 was lower than that of 2012. DUI showed that the drug use was consistent with that of DDC. Conclusion: the clinical acceptance of parenteral nutrition drug fat milk and amino acid in our hospital is high. The joint efforts of clinicians and pharmacists are needed to grasp the indications of nutritional drugs and to carry out rational clinical nutrition therapy.
