四聯(lián)活菌制劑增加小鼠脾臟和腸系膜淋巴結(jié)多種白細(xì)胞介素mRNA合成

【摘要】:目的探討四聯(lián)活菌(保加利亞桿菌、幼兒雙歧桿菌、芽孢桿菌和嗜酸乳桿菌)制劑對(duì)小鼠腸道免疫相關(guān)分子的影響。方法將18只BALB/c小鼠隨機(jī)分成對(duì)照組、益生菌培養(yǎng)上清組和菌液組。每只小鼠每天灌胃1次,連續(xù)處理1周。實(shí)時(shí)定量PCR檢測(cè)脾臟和腸系膜淋巴結(jié)組織白細(xì)胞介素1α(IL-1α)、IL-2、IL-4、IL-6、IL-12α、IL-17A、IL-17F、IL-10、IL-18和IL-21、α干擾素(IFN-α)、IFN-β、IFN-γ、腫瘤壞死因子α(TNF-α)、轉(zhuǎn)化生長(zhǎng)因子β(TGF-β)的m RNA水平,ELISA檢測(cè)血清IL-17A、IL-21水平。結(jié)果與對(duì)照組相比,喂食益生菌培養(yǎng)上清組小鼠脾臟組織各種細(xì)胞因子的m RNA水平無(wú)明顯改變,但喂食四聯(lián)活菌可增加IL-12α、IL-17A、IL-17F和IL-21的m RNA水平;喂食益生菌培養(yǎng)上清和喂食四聯(lián)活菌均可增加腸系膜組織IL-12α、IL-17F和IL-21的m RNA水平;外周血中IL-17F的水平升高。結(jié)論益生菌處理可增加機(jī)體白細(xì)胞介素水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of live tetrabacillus (Bulgaria bacillus, Bifidobacterium toddler, Bacillus acidophilus and Lactobacillus acidophilus) on intestinal immune-related molecules in mice. Methods 18 BALB/c mice were randomly divided into control group, probiotic culture supernatant group and bacterial solution group. Each mouse was given intragastric administration once a day for 1 week. Real-time quantitative PCR was used to detect the levels of interleukin-1 偽 -interleukin-1 偽 (IL-2IL-2TNF- 偽) and interleukin-4 (IL-4) IL-6, IL-12 偽, IL-17A, IL-17, IL-10, IL-18, IFN- 偽 and IFN- 尾 IFN- 緯, tumor necrosis factor- 偽 TNF- 偽, transforming growth factor- 尾 (TGF- 尾) in spleen and mesenteric lymph nodes. Elisa was used to detect the level of IL-17AIL-21 in serum. Results compared with the control group, the levels of various cytokines in spleen of mice fed with probiotic culture supernatant did not change significantly, but the levels of IL-12 偽 IL-17, IL-17, IL-17F and m RNA of IL-21 were increased by feeding tetrabacillus. The levels of m RNA of IL-12 偽 IL-17F and IL-21 in mesenteric tissue were increased by feeding probiotic supernatant and tetralogy. The level of IL-17F in peripheral blood was increased. Conclusion Probiotic treatment can increase the level of interleukin.
