我院門診藥房二級庫藥品庫存上下限計算方法的探討

【摘要】:目的:提高我院門診藥房二級庫藥品領藥效率,使藥品庫存更加合理,提高工作人員的工作效率。方法:根據(jù)藥品的消耗情況來實時更新每種藥品的上下限值,以設置合理的藥品庫存的上下限天數(shù);系統(tǒng)根據(jù)藥品的現(xiàn)有庫存與其上下限值,自動提示領藥藥品的品種和數(shù)量。統(tǒng)計并分析使用此領藥系統(tǒng)前、后(即舊、新模式下)藥品庫存指標和工作量指標。結(jié)果:新模式下平均庫存天數(shù)為(10.219±3.782)d,比舊模式下的(37.15±7.914)d更接近最適庫存天數(shù);新、舊模式下日均缺藥分別為(2.373±0.694)、(9.465±2.345)種,庫存量大于30 d的藥品比例分別為10.65%、28.79%,日均領藥品種分別為(200.34±50.81)、(338.47±153.47)種,計劃領藥時間分別為(0.67±0.16)、(6.09±0.03)h。結(jié)論:基于設置合理的藥品庫存的上下限天數(shù)建立的門診藥房二級庫庫存管理系統(tǒng)的應用,能夠更加科學地計算領藥數(shù)量,減少藥品的積壓,節(jié)約領藥時間,有利于提高醫(yī)院藥品庫存管理水平。
[Abstract]:Objective: to improve the efficiency of drug collection in the secondary storehouse of outpatient pharmacy in our hospital, to make the stock of drugs more reasonable and to improve the working efficiency of the staff. Methods: according to the consumption of drugs, the upper and lower limits of each drug were updated in real time in order to set up the days of reasonable drug inventory, and according to the current stock and the upper and lower limit of the drug, the system automatically indicated the variety and quantity of the drug. Statistics and analysis of drug inventory and workload indicators before and after the use of the drug system. Results: the average inventory days of the new model were 10.219 鹵3.782 days, which was closer to the optimal inventory days than that of the old model, and the average daily drug shortage in the new model and the old model was 2.373 鹵0.694 ~ (4) (9.465 鹵2.345) respectively. The proportion of the drugs in stock for more than 30 days was 10.65 鹵28.79, and the average daily average drug species were 200.34 鹵50.81HU ~ (338.47) 鹵153.47). The planned time of drug collection was 0.67 鹵0.16, 6.09 鹵0.03h. Conclusion: the application of the inventory management system of outpatient pharmacy secondary storehouse based on the days of setting up reasonable drug inventory can more scientifically calculate the quantity of drugs, reduce the backlog of drugs and save the time of drug collection. It is helpful to improve the level of hospital drug inventory management.
