【摘要】：目的:為麻醉藥品的規(guī)范化管理和臨床合理用藥提供參考。方法:采用回顧性分析方法,調(diào)取我院2012-2013年麻醉性鎮(zhèn)痛藥處方信息,對總用量、銷售金額、用藥頻度(DDDs)、日均費(fèi)用(DDC)等進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果:2013年我院麻醉性鎮(zhèn)痛藥銷售金額較2012年增長22%,以鹽酸羥考酮緩釋片(40 mg)增幅最大(42%);2012年及2013年DDDs值排名前3的藥物均分別為鹽酸羥考酮緩釋片(40 mg)、鹽酸羥考酮緩釋片(10 mg)及芬太尼透皮貼劑(8.4 mg);2012年及2013年DDC值排名前3的藥物均分別為鹽酸哌替啶注射液、芬太尼透皮貼劑(4.2 mg)、鹽酸羥考酮緩釋片(10 mg)。結(jié)論:我院麻醉性鎮(zhèn)痛藥品種齊全,癌痛治療總體符合世界衛(wèi)生組織《癌痛三階梯治療原則》,但仍存在一些問題,需要進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide reference for standardized management of narcotic drugs and rational use of drugs in clinic. Methods: the prescription information of anesthetic analgesics in our hospital from 2012 to 2013 was collected by retrospective analysis. The total dosage, sales amount, DDDsC, daily average cost and DDCwere statistically analyzed. Results: the sales amount of anesthetic analgesics in our hospital in 2013 was 22% higher than that in 2012, and the biggest increase was 40 mg / kg hydroxycodone hydrochloride sustained release tablets and 40 mg / kg hydroxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets in 2012 and 2013 respectively. Sustained-release tablets (10 mg) and fentanyl transdermal patch (8. 4 mg / L), and pethidine hydrochloride injection were the top 3 drugs in 2012 and 2013, respectively. Fentanyl transdermal patch was 4. 2 mg / L, hydroxycodone hydrochloride sustained release tablet was 10 mg / g. Conclusion: the variety of anaesthetic analgesics in our hospital is complete, and the treatment of cancer pain accords with the World Health Organization (WHO), but there are still some problems, which need to be further improved.
