【摘要】：目的驗(yàn)證一種二氧化氯泡騰片的殺菌效果與安全性。方法采用理化分析和載體定量殺菌試驗(yàn)方法,對(duì)試驗(yàn)用二氧化氯泡騰片相關(guān)性能進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)室觀察。結(jié)果濃度為100 mg/L二氧化氯溶液,作用15 min,對(duì)大腸桿菌和金黃色葡萄球菌殺滅對(duì)數(shù)值均5.00;作用30 min,擦拭消毒木質(zhì)物體表面自然菌的平均殺滅對(duì)數(shù)值均≥2.76;用100 mg/L二氧化氯溶液,作用30 min,對(duì)織物上污染的金黃色葡萄球菌殺滅對(duì)數(shù)值各樣品均≥5.26;急性經(jīng)口(原樣)試驗(yàn)顯示屬低毒物;急性經(jīng)口(5倍最大應(yīng)用濃度)試驗(yàn)屬于實(shí)際無(wú)毒物,對(duì)皮膚無(wú)刺激。結(jié)論該二氧化氯泡騰片對(duì)腸道致病菌、化膿性球菌及物體表面自然菌均具有較強(qiáng)的殺滅作用,使用濃度屬于實(shí)際無(wú)毒,值得推廣使用。
