【摘要】：隨著真菌感染發(fā)生率的逐年上升以及真菌耐藥性問(wèn)題的日益突出,其治療一直是國(guó)內(nèi)外研究關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)。近年來(lái),研究發(fā)現(xiàn)多種中藥單體具有抗真菌活性且與目前臨床應(yīng)用的抗真菌藥物有協(xié)同作用。該文對(duì)生物堿類(lèi)、酚類(lèi)、黃酮類(lèi)中藥單體與抗真菌藥物的協(xié)同作用及其機(jī)制進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:With the increasing incidence of fungal infection and the increasingly prominent problem of fungal drug resistance, its treatment has been the focus of domestic and foreign research. In recent years, a variety of traditional Chinese medicine monomers have been found to have antifungal activity and synergistic effect with the current clinical use of antifungal drugs. The synergistic effect and mechanism of alkaloids, phenols, flavonoids and antifungal drugs were reviewed in this paper.
