【摘要】：正通過(guò)化學(xué)修飾(如氨基的季銨化)或加入二羧酸(琥珀酸、戊二酸和己二酸)的方式來(lái)改變制劑在溶出時(shí)的p H微環(huán)境,繼而得到布洛芬(IBP)的非p H依賴型速釋制劑。采用Eudragit E PO(Eudr E)為載體,通過(guò)熱熔擠出和注射模塑法制備了直徑10 mm、高5 mm的載IBP雙凸形片。體外溶出試驗(yàn)表明,即使在季銨化程度最小(25%)的情況下,Eudr E/IBP片的p H依
[Abstract]:The chemically modified (such as quaternary ammonium of amino groups) or the addition of dicarboxylic acid (succinic acid, glutaric acid and adipic acid) are used to change the pH microenvironment of the preparation at the time of dissolution. Using Eudragit E PO(Eudr (E) as the carrier, the IBP double convex sheet with a diameter of 10 mm and a height of 5 mm was prepared by hot melt extrusion and injection molding. Dissolution tests in vitro showed that the pH dependence of Eudr E/IBP tablets was even at the lowest quaternary ammonium level.
