【摘要】：目的建立硫酸特布他林中甲醇、乙醇、丙酮、甲基叔丁基醚、乙酸乙酯、四氫呋喃、苯、乙酸、甲苯和氯化芐共10種有機溶劑殘留量的測定方法。方法采用頂空氣相色譜法,色譜柱為DB-624UI毛細管柱(30 m×0.32 mm,1.80μm),柱溫采用程序升溫;進樣口溫度為200℃;檢測器為氫火焰離子化檢測器,檢測器溫度為250℃,溶劑為體積分數(shù)為70%二甲基甲酰胺。結(jié)果 10種溶劑完全分離;在考察的質(zhì)量濃度范圍內(nèi)線性關(guān)系良好,相關(guān)系數(shù)r0.999 4,平均回收率為95.7%~102.4%。結(jié)論建立的頂空氣相色譜法可用于硫酸特布他林中殘留溶劑的測定。
